11. Propositions for the future for design and application

To advance in a particular field, the project has to be closely defined first. The current state of art must be known in order to evaluate the progress made later. Before establishing the exact definition of the project, including the commitment in terms of resources, time and cost, it is useful to hold a brainstorming session, recording the ideas for discussion which are to be used to drive forward project. I have attempted to do this for five fields based on numerous discussions:

It would be advisable to carry out a kind of "Delphi survey" among specialists.
